We do not access or store:

    •    Gmail content

    •    Passwords

    •    Private Drive files

Your Google data is used solely for educational functionality within NexTeach 360 and is never sold or shared for advertising.

We do not access or store your personal Facebook or Instagram login credentials. All data is used solely to provide educational content management and automation features within NexTeach 360. We do not sell or share your Facebook or Instagram data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

You may revoke NexTeach 360’s access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts at any time via your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

NexTeach 360’s use of Facebook and Instagram data complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Data Policy.

10. Payments

We use wire transfer as our Merchant of Record and payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment details (including card information, billing address, and contact information) are collected and processed directly by the bank in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

NexTeach 360 does not store or have access to your full payment information. your bank may share limited transaction details with us (e.g., your name, email, and product purchased) for order fulfilment and account activation purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, visiting, crawling, scraping, or using this website, services, APIs, or resources operated by Nexteach 360 (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not access this website.

 

2. Scope & Territory

These Terms govern any interaction with nexteach360.com, its subdomains, hosted assets, and any data or content retrieved from our servers (“Services”).

 

3. Notice to Automated Agents & Crawlers

Automated agents (including but not limited to Googlebot, Meta/Facebot, LinkedInBot, Telegram crawlers, and other corporate or third-party bots) are hereby notified that requesting any resource from our servers constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 4. Consent to Monitoring & Logging

5. Voice Tutoring Limits

 

To ensure system stability:

    •    Voice tutoring is subject to weekly usage caps per school/teacher

    •    Excess usage may temporarily pause access until reset

    •    Chronic overuse may result in access reduction or plan upgrade requirements

    •    Keep your credentials secure

By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account, you grant NexTeach 360 permission to post content and access account data as authorized by you. All use of Facebook and Instagram data complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Data Policy. You may revoke NexTeach 360’s access at any time via your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

 

13. Terms & Conditions – Payment Processing

 

All payments for NexTeach 360 are processed by Wire transfer, our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and Paddle’s Terms of Service. Nexteach 360 is responsible for handling billing, invoicing, and payment-related customer service.

 

 

14.Processing and Refunds

 

All payments for NexTeach 360 are securely processed by Wire transfer. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or service, you may request a refund within this 14-day period, provided you have not made significant use of the platform’s features. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Once approved, we will instruct the Bank to process the refund promptly.
